Mei Chagas, or simply Mei, is a simple girl from Cavite who is now living a semi-independent life in a dormitory somewhere in Manila. She likes to eat, sleep, take pictures, hang out with friends and blog. She has big dreams in life and she’ll make them come true, little by little. She tries to live her life well to achieve one of her greatest goals, which is to make her parents proud of her.
Mei is a student.
She is a student of University of Sto. Tomas, taking up BS Information Technology. She is currently in her third year, as an irregular student. Most people would think that the reason behind it is that she has failing subjects. But the truth is, she risked to shift from BS Tourism to her present course, which made her become an irregular student. Despite of that, she still managed to accept all the consequences and started a new life in her new course. Right now, she can say that she has a better life inside the Faculty of Engineering even though it is dominated by men.
Mei loves to blog.
She started to blog when she was in 4th year highschool, using a random platform, which she already forgot. Being fancied by different blog themes, she decided to move to Blogger and started to learn some HTML and CSS. From then on, she thought that she will continue to blog because she enjoyed making blog themes. Web designing is her motivation to blog. Few years later, she discovered a new blogging platform which is WordPress. She contacted different bloggers until she finally had her own subdomain. It wasn’t easy for her to learn how everything works in WordPress, especially PHP but she didn’t give up easily. In fact, she even had her very own domain, mwahugz.net, which was given by her online friend whom she calls ate Ishii. Lucky as she is, she won domain names in different contests. She has been using those blogs for almost two years now. However, she decided to purchase a domain of her own, meichagas.com. She knows that it takes time to maintain 4 blogs but she hopes that she will be able to do it well.

She is really a shy girl so she finds it hard to make friends in the real world. Despite of that, she is very approachable. Once you start talking to her, expect a good conversation, unless you’re a man. She says she is afraid of men, but maybe she is just not comfortable with them. But don’t won’t worry, she is trying her best to socialize with men since she is surrounded by them, like everyday. Believe it or not, Mei has more online friends than offline friends, since most of her online friends are bloggers. She knows a lot of people but only a few of them can be treated as her friends. They are her highschool classmates. But among them, she has three girl friends whom she treats as her best friends and sisters.
